Roles and Responsibilities
- Market Planning of all School Admission Activities.
- Ensure the on-site Branding of School in the Vellore region.
- Strategy to achieve the Admission targets of School.
- Ability to communicate in good English with equally good Tamil language adeptness.
- Ensure proper coordination and liaison with all field agencies.
- Build good rapport, motivate and maintain high morale or outsourced teams.
- Ensure proper counselling of all walk-in cases to achieve a good conversion ratio.
- Procuring, utilizing, and maintaining student prospect/admissions database through internal and external sources.
- Taking initiative on promotional activities such as organizing events, seminars, and conferences for student admission.
- Tie up with external agencies, pre-schools, institutes, corporates, or officials to achieve student admission targets.
- Looking after Business Development in the context of admissions.
- Provide necessary information, data, analysis required for tracking the effectiveness of ground campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 Years in School/ Educational Sector would be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA- Marketing would be an added advantage.
