1.Conducting recruitment by preparing Job Descriptions, posting Ads and managing the entire hiring process
2.Managing entire process of campus recruitment for freshers by reaching out to relevant institutions .
3.Creating and Implementing HR policies and initiatives.
4.Create and implement effective onboarding plans
5.Develop training and development programs
6.Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
7.Assist management in performance review
8.Activities like attendance ,leaves and holidays
9.Coordinating on Payroll process and statutory compliance
10.Counselling employees on various issues from time to time.
11.Employee welfare activities and assisting on claims .
Desired candidate profile
Highly skilled HR professional who is committed and approachable with a similar kind of work experience in a manufacturing company. Should have sound knowledge of Labor laws and practices.
She should have excellent interpersonal skills.
Well versed in MS Office MS Excel and outlook express.
Should be able to recruit ,develop ,train and retain talent .
Language proficiency in English ,Kanada and Hindi is must.
