Job or Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering fake job opportunities to job seekers. It is operated from many different parts of the world and it’s on the rise. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites or through fake e-mails. As a part of Job/recruitment fraud, fraudsters post fraudulent jobs openings or contact job-seekers with fake job offers. They sometimes even conduct fraudulent interviews over phone, video conferencing or other electronic media. These fraudsters often request recipients to provide personal information and to make payments as part of their fake recruitment process. We, Zuventus Healthcare Limited, follow only merit-based employee recruitment practice. We do not charge or ask for any fees, contribution, security deposit, training charges etc. from job seekers/candidates during the recruitment process. Candidates successful in gaining an offer of employment from Zuventus, whether directly or indirectly, are always required to go through a formal recruitment process involving a formal application and at least one face-to-face interview. We do not ask for bank details until an offer has been officially accepted and the employee has started working at Zuventus. Any person dealing with unauthorized parties for seeking job opportunities with Zuventus is doing so at his/her own risk. Zuventus will not be liable to honour terms of any fake offer letter so issued or provide employment to anyone who has been issued a fraudulent offer. While Zuventus sympathizes with anyone who has lost money due to these fraudulent activities; Zuventus will not be responsible for any losses, whether monetary or otherwise, on account of such fake offer or fraudulent activities.
