Opening For Sr. Exec. Marketing For Andheri, Chakala Location For a leading Manufacturing and Technology company.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic responsibilities:
- Support in the communication of campaign plans to the business to provide insight and recommendation as a subject matter expert and informed advisor to the business.
- Monitoring of competitor campaigns and creating monthly competition reports.
- To be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends
- Conduct market research and data gathering for product, solution, technology and application
- Working in conjunction with other marketing teams, project management and implement the launch campaigns to external customers to increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and connection.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with the Corporate Marketing Office teams to effectively execute & deploy campaigns across regions as well as implement best practice campaigns from other regions.
- Build strong business relationships to understand business objectives and delivering campaigns to local markets.
- Optimize and improve the marketing process for the marketing team.
Functional responsibilities: -
- Maintaining all company marketing collateral including content on the website, capability brochures, company stats, standard presentations and so forth.
- Maintain marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Assist in collateral building requirements
- Come up with ideas/suggestions for enhancing web/social media presence
- Coordination of all creative resources for a project, including strategy & planning team, designers, writers, and other agency personnel
- Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
- Continually improve upon our event management platform across the business, providing tools, resources, advice and best practice with executors of such events.
- Assist and implement campaign platforms for complex internal and external, multi-layered, multi-audience campaigns.
- Implement targeted product and brand marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and uphold the quality and consistency of the companys marketing and communications outputs.
- Stakeholder management with external suppliers
Desired Candidate Profile
To qualify for the role, you must have: -
- 2-6 yrs experience In Marketing operations/brand management
- MBA / PG equivalent to MBA
- Any other Media/ communications course would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge about social media/ SEO/ SEM/ Google Analytics
- Excellent oral and communications skills.

- Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects, prioritise, and manage stakeholder expectations

- Highly competent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Acrobat) is a plus.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.

- Assist and implement campaign platforms for complex internal and external, multi-layered, multi-audience campaigns.

- Have experience in amplifying campaigns and keywords through digital mediums.
