Please note:
- Work from office
- 6 days working, 9 hours (rotational shifts and rotational off) 24x7 process and need flexibility from employee
- Shifts: Morning, Day, Night
- Willing to work in roster and shifts (including night shift).
- Both updated Aadhar and PAN card is mandatory
- If someone is applying from another location, they have to relocate to Navi Mumbai.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The person should have good knowledge about the Content/Video Moderation industry.
- Team handling and giving training to the teams.
- Quality Check for the reviewed content.
- Understand the current affairs hotspots, social culture, religion and customs, and deal with inappropriate content/users as per local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must (Read, Write/Type, Speak)
- Be updated with Treading/Viral videos.
- Meeting daily team targets and quality is mandatory.
- Active on Social Media platforms and knows Video-based platforms and Short video apps.
- Good communication skills in English.
