Qualifications, Skills and Education
• Support person responsible for different Products and provide solutions for the environmental-related issue to customers.
• Minimum 2 of experience in managing cloud solutions such as Amazon Connect on AWS, Nice, Five9 or Genesys
• Employ troubleshooting and scripting skills to improve the monitoring, observability, availability, performance, and security of our Services. Familiarity with Basic networking concepts to troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Evaluate new features from the perspective of our internal users
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Initiative and a strong sense of ownership
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Database query skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and databases
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player with customer service orientation
• Demonstrated ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS or higher education in Computer Science preferred or equivalent professional experience
