Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Retail Operations, Business Development with key focus on expanding business and increasing revenue
- Budgeting and forecasting with focus on implementing strategies for maximizing ROI.
- Support management in developing marketing and branding plans to capture maximum market share and profit margin.
- Take leading role in launching new stores/outlets, ensuring procurement, develop and facilitate Supplier/Vendor relations. Developed strategy and ensure strategies for optimum use of available resources.
- Driving Sales and Customer Service operations. Maximize the sales opportunities by developing & managing relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
Retail Operation:
- Managing store Floor operations and administration.
- Taking active role in developing and recruiting sales and operational team.
- Imparting the training to staffs and motivating team to achieve sales targets.
- Team Performance management, introducing appraisals schemes, managing, and planning team hierarchy for optimum productivity.
- Managing in store walk-in clients.
- Giving clients product walk through and information ensuring customer satisfaction.
- New Client Acquisition
- Following up on leads and updating CRM systems
- Delivering design presentation to clients assisted by designers
- Design Process and SOP management.
- Inventory Management- Proper Tagging of Merchandise ensuring adequate inventory in stock based on demand/supply forecast
- Communicate to all Personnel Corporate Directives Regarding Store. Conversant with inventory audits as per SOP
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Strategising business expansion and development. Candidate must have adequate data base for expansion and development
- Dynamic professional with excellent communication skills
- In-depth experience in back-end & front-end retail operations.
- Expertise in functions like Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective feedback.
- 5-10 Years of experience in the Furniture/Furnishing/Home Decor/Kitchen Appliances industry.
- Ensure Showroom standards as per SOP and company norms
- Experienced in customer relation management
- Ensure proper expenditure as per budgeting
- Oversee Security of Operation
