Job Description
POSITION:
Executive Operations(HUB)
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the success of assigned HUB operations within a complex network environment as per laid down systems and processes.
POSITION REPORTS TO:
Assistant Manager Operations(HUB)
DIRECT REPORTS:
Supervisor/Sr. Associate /Associate
MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Monitor entire operations shift wise and exceptions cases/network on daily basis.
2. Reports must be submitted to Assistant Manager for rectifications to make smooth operations.
3. Follow up with all the shortage/excess case on daily basis and also update mass updating in system accordingly.
4. Ensure to give proper briefing to subordinates/staffs about the all exceptions for avoid in future.
5. Sorted out issues/concerns of staff/supervisors day to day operations.
6. Follow up with day to day exceptions & monitoring on HUB SOP and discipline.
QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Proven ability in HUB operations.
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred
- Management Degree
- Good knowledge of logistics / E- commerce industry and operational processes and systems.
ESSENTIAL / LIKELY EXPERIENCE
Essential
- 2 to 4 Years proven experience in HUB operations management.
Preferred
- Experience in problem identification and its solution.
- Up to date knowledge of industry and regulatory changes in HUB Operations Management.
- Experience with a wide range of relevant systems, and processes of hub operations.
- Knowledge of latest operations tools and standards.
