Roles and Responsibilities
Source and hire the right profile for the said requirements especially in IT/Software services.
Establishes recruiting requirements by understanding the organization's plans and objectives.
Should have experience into End to end IT Recruitment- Candidates should have experience in Permanent & Contract staffing(C2H)
- Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references
- Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement
- Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients" needs & their suitability
- Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
- Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates
- Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
- Handling Weekend drives as per business requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of technology especially software.
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure.
Professional telephonic etiquette.
Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong learning bent to acquire understanding technology skills enhancements and new technologies from a recruitment perspective.
