Responding Proactively to Customer requests, complaints, feedback
Maintain cleanliness/safety/hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with outlined SOPs & deliver outstanding quality service
Inventory management – minimum wastage, monitor reorder levels
Training Team Members – On performance & disciplinary expectations
Strategic planning – improvise sales promotion schemes/offers
Accomplishing Sales Targets as outlined by management
Improvise new menu/product offerings based on customer preferences and feedback
Lead by Example – multi-tasking - take, prepare, serve orders
Maintain team roster and schedules
Coordinate with Vendors/ check supplies, repairs, technical and tangible breakdowns, ensure vigilance
Requirement
Minimum experience: 2-5yrs in a café/restaurant
Graduate with Basic Computer Skills
Flexibility to work on weekends and Holidays
Basic knowledge of POS handling
Ability to use coffee/tea machines/other kitchen appliances
Good communication skills- fluency in English/Hindi/Assamese
Pleasant personality, Team Management Skills, Customer centric approach
