Human Resource Executive- HR (Recruiter & Admin both work)

Qualification: MBA in HR/ Any Graduation- B.Sc, B.Com or B.A
Experience: 3-5 year experience required in a company and if you have experience in a Medical Firm so we preferred first.
Good computer & communication skills required. Good English is a must.
Proficient in all type documents related to the HR department.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
- Prepare salary and attendance sheet every month, analyze late comers, full record of attendance, All HR related documents preparing work in Admin.
