Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have 10-15 Years of experience in Highway, Bridges, Metro, Dam and Tunnel Project Only.
- Act as lead auditor in conducting EHS audits at facilities around all the projects. 40% Travel demands at all projects
- Conduct effective pre-audit preparation including
- Conduct comprehensive on-site audits against applicable EHS audit criteria, using due professional care and judgment consistent with generally accepted good EHS audit practices. Collect and critically evaluate pertinent evidence including
- Evaluate collected audit evidence and make preliminary findings of EHS compliance deficiencies and weaknesses found in facility EHS compliance management systems and programs. Present preliminary audit findings during close-out meeting, and negotiate acceptable resolution of controversial audit findings.
- Write comprehensive, concise, and accurate EHS audit reports that clearly document and summarize audit findings.
- Reports must be submitted to management of Audit report findings must be illustrated by photographic evidence and appended to each audit report.
- Provide timely and accurate review of proposed facility corrective action plans.
- Track and maintain a record of all closed and open audit findings per audited facility.
- Other related duties and tasks as assigned. This may include leading and/or participating in initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of EHS audit function; developing and maintaining suitable EHS audit metrics; establishing and implementing company-wide EHS performance standards, expectations and programs; and participating in assorted other risk management/loss prevention activities aimed at improving EHS performance and the corporation s overall risk profile.
