Job Description
Role Holder to be part of the Corporate Communications team at TAFE's Corporate Office in Chennai and will report into Head of Corporate Communications.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role will focus on 2 key areas of creating compelling content and efficient handling of digital media.
- Digital Media - Work with the team on crafting a suitable digital / social managing digital media platforms (internal + external) and digital marketing projects. Create and curate blogs for various sites and align with SEO requirement by digital marketing teams. Manage communities and influencer marketing.
- Agency liaison - Brand building, digital and social media marketing and promotions, and organization reputation management ( ORM)
- Content Creation- Copy, write and develop content for internal communication projects, corporate collateral and social media. - Drafting content for media and writing releases / drafts for stories ( External) & Internal Newsletters for various departments)
- Multimedia Creation - Develop films, slideshows, presentations for various projects, internal presentations. Collaborate with various internal clients and production houses for films and AVs from concept to completion
- Brand Communication Create, update and maintain Brand Identity Manuals , communicate brand guidelines to the entire organization, ensure compliance of brand-standards
- Events - Collaborate with agencies and teams on managing digital and regular events
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be a Post Graduate in Communications, with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in handling corporate communications/ digital marketing communications.
- Must have excellent content creation/ Language / writing skills.
- Should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, natural drive to achieve and good execution skills.
- Preferred - Knowledge of various graphic design software like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop and Video Editing software
- Ability to lead projects on their own and adhere to tight delivery deadlines
