Key Job Description/Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Coordination Specialist, you will work closely with the program specialists/recruiters. Executing the coordination and candidate relationship management (CRM) activities for the contractor hiring process which includes interview scheduling, BGV monitoring and follow-up, and physical on-boarding. You will require to collaborate with business, SPS, vendors for managing logistics, and onboarding needs which also includes PO generation and adhering to compliance.
• Independently manage end-to-end interview coordination, CRM activities, and contractor logistics which includes contractor onboardings, extensions, and separations
• Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews and Zoom interviews
• Partner closely with recruiters, business, and the vendors to move candidates through the interview process
• Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates, and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
• Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders hiring managers, recruiter, vendor, candidates, SPS, etc.
• Execute scheduling requests accurately within SLAs
• Maintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the business
• Managing requisitions of onboarding, separations, and extensions for contractors through timely updates in the internals system like SAP, Ariba, and other internal databases
• Raise purchase orders and adhere to compliance
Duration of contract: Initially 6 Months (higher chances of extensions/conversion basis performance and business need)
