Hands on experience in AEM development , Java
Excellent communication
• 10+ years of experience in development, application architecture, Low level design etc.
• Strong experience and understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Have performed architect role in minimum two AEM 6.3 x projects.
• Minimum 6+ yrs of experience in AEM 6.3 development
• Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a
• Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc. and AEM development
• Deep understanding of Slightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components
• Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering and fragmentation.
• Having hands on experience in design, code review implementing Adobe coding standards, guiding the team and ensuring the scope is delivered on time.
• Experience with core web technologies Java, HTML5, CSS3 and attendant technologies and data exchange protocols like JSON and XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side
• Having experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP and web services development using RESTful and SOAP-based web services
• Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications
• Very good communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills
• Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant "Java CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
• Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.
• Diagnoses and solves technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
• Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM Roles and Responsibilities
