Roles and Responsibilities
i. Identification, Evaluation, and acquisition of properties for business.
ii. Various types of market research to be undertaken to understand property markets.
iii. Creating business case for the proposed properties.
iv. With the help of other function, acquire short listed properties.
v. Creating a valid data base of properties.
vi. Creating pipeline for relevant properties for business.
vii. Market Zoning/Project coordination/Design Development & fit out management.
- Internally coordinate with projects team and landlords during the construction phase to ensure a smooth transition.
ix. Assist the National BD & Infra head in terms of meeting the prescribed targets in sourcing locations and managing them effectively
- Liaise with Legal, finance, Operations, and city business team for BAU and achievement of set targets.
- Coordinate with the legal & Liasoning team from time to time to ensure the required NOCs and approvals are valid and available at the locations.
xii. Prefer to be from the relevant background (Real estate retail vertical).
