Scope of work
- Grow the lighting vertical to achieve deeper market penetration.
- Support team of In house contractor for Drawing reviews, Technical meetings.
- Support Site team for Installation supervision.
- Bring recognized brands onboard with requisite agreements in place to increase portfolio to be able to cater all tier projects.
- Maintain & build relationships with Engineering Consultants, Architects, Contractors and End Clients to determine and create business opportunities in very short time frame.
- Preparing and reviewing the Quotations, Technical submittals, Pre-Qualification Documents.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project management - handling from small to Mega lighting projects from start to completing stage including the material procurement, supply chain, Installation, coordination, and technical supports.
- Brand Development - Create awareness of the organizations product portfolio in the market by meeting clients regularly.
- Account Management - Handling multiple accounts from gathering information on upcoming project planning, providing Pre-sales supports to secure the Jobs, Assistance with Contracts, LC, procurements and post-sales support on job completion and Payments.
- Project estimation with understanding of client potential, budget requirement, project specifications, technical and application requirements.
- Understanding of complete internal and external lighting solutions, can be provided to customers.
- Vast exposure on Local/Global lighting brands and knowledge of lighting control solutions will be an added advantage.
- Communicating with manufacturers and suppliers with great negotiation skills to meet the projects budget requirement.
- Carry out regular Techno Commercial discussions and negotiations with Engineering Contractors & Project Owners and successfully finalize contracts.
- Identify/Create new commercial/residential & other opportunities with deep understanding of the market key players.
- Make decisions and sets priorities and goals, establishing a balance between the benefits to be achieved by the customer and for the company.
- Update and maintain project pipeline and clientele information.
- Keep abreast of the developments and activities of competitors.
- Evaluating the customer requirement for every project using the Return-on-investment calculations and Value engineering as a market strategy tool.

Education and Experience
- Engineering or business university degree equivalent
- 8+ years of experience
