Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Role:
The role will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The Senior BDE will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Perform outbound lead generation & sales outreach in US & Canada markets via multiple touch points (Emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calls) to position Services offerings
- Log every single sales activity in CRM
- Meet or exceed all targets set in the sales funnel
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Extensive experience in handling business presentations, demos to CXO level stake holders and decision makers and customer handling.
- Reporting directly to the Management to discuss and implement the sales strategies.
- Manage & motivate the sales team, track performance, and report metrics.
- Interact with technical team to prepare proposals, SOWs, contractual agreements and assist with follow-ups on deals till they are closed.
Must have
- Degree in Business, Management, or Information Technology
- Experience in working with Software Service Companies
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
- Experience in working with US, Canada Markets
- Willing to work US East Coast Time
