Roles and Responsibilities
- stablishing communication with every walk-in at the dealer counter, understanding their requirement and educating them about products, offers and schemes to drive conversions
- Ensuring brand visibility at the counter through marketing activation
- Scheduling calendarized demos and awareness drives at the counter with the support of the technical team
- Maintaining a log of every customer interaction and purchase at the dealer
- Maintaining visibility on counter stock
- Obtaining geo-coordinates of IHBs in dealer catchment area
- Servicing sub-dealers as per beat plan and building relationship with key sub-dealer
- Activation and smooth onboarding of new sub-dealers through sales app
- 100% updation of every lead on sales app and follow-up of conversion status with TSO
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline or diploma Holder (Civil)
Experience : 1-2 Years in Cement Industry or building Material or any retail sales
IT Skill : Basic Knowledge of Computer and MS Excel
