KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibility AreaFunctionsSecondary Sales responsibility within the designated geography
- Work with the RSPs in the respective markets to ensure efficient order booking in accordance with MJP.
- Ensure achievement of sales and distribution objectives by RSPs
- Manage the primary and secondary sales of the identified stockist in direct towns.
Ensure efficient implementation of all Trade Marketing activities/initiatives at the local level
- Trade Marketing Programs
- Other BTL inputs (schemes and promotions, visibility spend, etc.)

- Visibility sampling (especially in NPD’s)
Claims:
- Claim preparation as per standard process.
- Validation of supporting documents
- Sending across accurate claim document to the branch office
Stockist Administration
- Preparation of stockist SMR
- Stockiest appointment.
- Update accurate SMR data into REACH
- Preparation of standard secondary sales & case reports.
Merchandising and Visibility
- Work with the Merchandisers and RSP’s in the respective markets to ensure efficient Merchandising.
- Coordination with 3rd party merchandisers and internal stakeholders for POSM allocation and monitoring within the market.
Other Activities
- Market intelligence capture and reporting: complaints, competition activity, etc.
- OTJ training of RSP’s along with sales capability team.
KPIs
- Achievement of secondary sales targets.
- Achievement of RSP productivity norms (RSP Incentivization).
- Average brand sold
- Opportunity Brands/NPD.
