Customer Support Representative:
We are looking for friendly people to work as a Customer Support / Call Center representative for our new venture. The candidates should be customer-focused and well versed in English and Urdu languages. Responsibilities include:
Inbound and outbound calls to customers for orders placed by customers
Take orders on phone from customers
Keep a record of customer's interactions, comments, questions, etc.
Should be able to sort issues raised by the customers
Skills Required:
