- Excellent communication in Kannada or Gujarati is mandatory.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and organization.
- Assists with complaints and other queries.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Verbal and written communication skills, Listening Skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, SQL, decent communication.
Qualification : Any Graduate
