Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for telecalling newly onboarded clients and welcoming them to IndiaMart.com
2. Training, orienting & engaging clients to paid services
3. Probing, identifying and resolving client issues on the call
4. Raising tickets for unresolved issues
5. Ensuring delivery of daily & monthly targets on customer service
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate, Any Diploma, Any post graduate
- Should be conversant in both English & Hindi language
- Work from home profile
- Mandatory Desktop/ laptop availability
- Proper Internet connection
- Prior customer support/tele calling experience will be an added advantage
