YOU Broadband is looking for Customer Care Executive who is looking for challenging and innovative environment to meet our business requirements
- Attending Broadband subscribers problems /Complaints Received by various sources like Social media, Email or Walkin at office or various consumer forum and government portals.
- Resolving Product or service related complains and replying to customer over Fone calls ,Emails or by given communication platform with following internal guideline and policies
- Tagging of Escalations in CRMS.
- Should be ready for any ad-hoc duties if required
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language with verbal and written skill is required.
