- Responsibilities: Handling the inbound calls of customers related to queries, complaints, technical issues, etc. Giving proper resolution to the call. Being updated with the latest information. Giving proper communication for all the calls. No out calling required.
• SBI Collections/Recovery Process:
Process Type: Outbound Collections Voice Process Designation: Customer Care Executive Qualification: 2nd PUC or Higher Shift Timings: 9AM to 6PM Working Days: 6 Days working, 1 Day Rotational Week Off Languages: English + two or some South Indian Language. Experience: Fresher/Experienced Salary: 13064 CTC, 11145 Take Home + incentives from Rs. 2000 to 45000. Training: 30 45 days Work Loc.: Richmond Road, Bangalore
- Responsibilities: Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
