Coordination with Relationship (Client Acquisition)Team to gather financial data and documents of clients
Conducting a thorough analysis before sanctioning loan amount and ensuring compliance with organization
Visit client office for personal discussion to understand the business model before lending loan credit
Prepare final Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) as per policy and discuss same with Head of Department (HOD)
Addressing the concern raised by Head of Department & Credit Committee, if any
Compiling MIS on credit findings and queries raised by field audit report
Checking of Credit Information Report (CIR) of clients from other Banks and Financial Institutes
Take ownership of client queries and use industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems
Exceed service quality standards and strive for continuous process improvement
Undertake critical review of the credit proposals with a view to bring out the industry, business, financial, management and facility structure risk contained in the credit proposal.
Ensure collateral and other credit risk mitigation to facilitate the approving authority to take decisions on the credit proposal.
Enable quick turnaround time of credit lending proposals for the business in close liaison with the sales team.
Undertake ongoing review of the credit exposures to ensure that the exposure continues to be bankable.
