Responsibility
Establish and execute sales marketing Strategy and plan
Achieve goals and targets on sales numbers and revenue as per plan
Acquire corporate HNI database for sales promotion, update same
Plan and execute sales revenue generation target for the team and territory
Develop channel partners and brokers tie up to generate business leads
Identify and induct channel partners in required market and territory
Establish corporate tie-up for business development and sales roadshows
Establish tie-up with banks and institutions, run sales promotional activities
Generate potential leads through direct sales or online sales
Represent the company in the promotional exhibition, trade fair and handling walking sales
Take customers to the site visit for product demonstration
Identify new market / territory/ product for business expansion / development
Update management with field reports/feedback with facts on market changes, products, industry news, etc
Keep management informed about new developments in the market, competitors strategy, etc
Execute marketing / promotional strategy
Develop concept, presentation material required for sales promotion
