Selection Criteria:
Bachelor/Master degree in Communication, Journalism or related field
Previous experience in a marketing department preferred
5 years experience
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, brochures, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, internal communications and other marketing material that communicates the organizations activities and services.
Manage the publication of all our external publications Manage the publication schedule of our monthly newsletter Flag Green
Content creation for articles
Edit articles submitted by staff members and students
Assist the Alumni Officer with the publication of Alumni-facing KIS publications (Kodai, 7 Roads Magazine etc.)
Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter) Work with the digital marketing team for the creation of monthly schedules for posts
Reply to all incoming inquiries
Manage and execute the admissions inquiries nurturing process
Responsible for collecting feedback from stakeholders and reporting
Assist the CMO in the coordination and execution of marketing and sales programs
Assist with data analytics and market research
Oversee the KIS website for accuracy of information and the creation of new content
Responsible to respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and act as a spokesperson for the organization
Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, and maintain a media database
Maintain records of media coverage
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, including Alumni Office, Admission Office and the Development office under the CMO supervision
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Office and Chief Marketing Officer
