Job Title: Post Production Operations Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team and take charge of the operational & post-production of DocTube. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the platform, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Management: Oversee the end-to-end content management process, ensuring accurate and timely upload, categorization, and metadata enrichment of video content.
2. Innovations in Video Packaging: Develop new styles of video packaging by conceptualizing innovative editing and video shoot styles.
3. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA & QC processes to ensure the integrity of the video content and platform functionality by monitoring key performance indicators to track and improve content and operational quality.
4. User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement features that enhance the user experience on the video-based website.
5. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and performance.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports and actionable insights to guide decision-making processes.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the security and stability of the video-based website.
8. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new tools and software to enhance efficiency and creative capabilities.
9. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize operational workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency and work towards automation of processes.
10. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment by providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
