Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete Recruitment process outsourcing for IT bulk/Mass hiring for a client from manpower planning including talent acquisition, Monthly / weekly / daily interview planning , on-boarding.
- Requirement Download to be taken from the Hiring Manager and Download to be given to the internal team
- Screen the candidates shared by the internal team before sharing the profiles to the Hiring Manager
- Coordinate with the client SPOC/ Hiring Manager for Interview Scheduling
- Interview Feedback to be taken from the client SPOC/ Hiring Manager and shared with the internal Team
- Post Interview follow ups until Joining
- Designing monthly / weekly / daily interview planning by connecting with Business Leaders / Regional Heads and Team.
- Drive and track closure of Recruitment outsource process (weekly & monthly). This will include daily and weekly team review, weekly client meeting, and weekly recruitment review.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Has End to End IT Recruitment Knowledge Worked on Latest Technology Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with Latest 1 yrs experience as SPOC in direct client handling.
- Has handled bulk/ mass hiring
- Having Focused approach towards achieving targets with timely delivery of Quality CVs.
- Resume Sourcing: Must be a hands-on Recruiter from multiple sources including job portals, Linkedin, Social Media for Niche requirements wherever team needs sourcing assistance.
- Resume Screening: Must have strong understanding of IT requirements and strong in screening resumes as per client requirement.
- Client Management
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously for on time delivery to Client.
- Consistently achieve high CV Sent to Shortlist, shortlist to interview, Interview to Offer, Offer to Joinee ratio.
Working Days: 5 and a half days per week - Mon-Friday (Full Day) and, Saturday's will be half-day and last Saturday of the month will be off.
