Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze the need, developing and executing the support systems and putting in place as required for services like security, safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, pantry, operations, reprographics, office stationery, and parking management.
- Vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, security and safety of assets, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, as well as personnel and adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain good relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, Govt. authorities, statutory agencies for ease and smooth operations and maintenance of the property.
- Co-ordinate with Govt / Pvt for smooth and seamless compliance with required statutory and legal requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring facility management, including utility operation and maintenance, for all office in the location.
- Ensured healthy and hygienic operation of site.
- Manage all administrative tasks, including service requests, property maintenance, and vendor compliance requirements.
- Coordinate all property management, maintenance with the daily operations of the properties.
- Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures/ building facilities and services that are carried out.
- Ensure proper teamwork for all the facilities.
- Communicating and circulating information to occupants authorities on operational complications.
- Ensuring health and life safety regulations/ manuals are adhered on site & Resolving emergency maintenance matters with urgency.
- Scheduled and supervised both maintenance and caretaking daily operations and projects including renewal and vacant inspections while ensuring inventory expectations are met.
- Preparation and submission of the Daily Management Report (DMR) and the monthly Management Reports (MMR).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate / any other related courses.
- Minimum: 8-15 years of experience as real estate manager.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, well organized, analytical and problem-solving techniques, Client Relationships.
