Roles and Responsibilities
- Marketing Expertise in Construction Chemical, do the onsite verification by himself.
- Control the Entire Team & Focus on Getting the Business.
- Marketing of waterproofing Chemicals and their application.
- To look after quality control testing procedures and other indigenously developed products at various sites as per requirement (Which has done Power Project, Road & Construction Sites).
- To build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, applicators & contractors.
- To give feedback to management about the trial results of our products at the plant.
- Collection of payments from the clients as per the rule of the Company.
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Collection of outstanding payments.
- Market Intelligence on trends and competition.
- Attending and contributing to the Planning/Periodic reviews.
- Handling Promotional activities like Exhibitions, seminars, trials at the customer level, etc
- Quoting of tenders/inquiries & the follow-up, handling techno-Commercial discussion & negotiation.
- Follow up for technical clearance & product approval/Specification with consultants/customers.
- Product presentation, Application Support, and Solutions to Customer
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Schemes.
- Competency mapping.

- The candidate should be aggressive and strong in Network Expansion.
- The candidate should have control over the team.
- Technically sound to meet structure consultants & architects.
- The candidate should have knowledge of Construction Chemical / Waterproofing related materials.
