Roles and Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Manage a team of professional business executives
- Manage distributors/ dealers.
- Identify newer avenues of business
- Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of out standings
- To ensure healthy product mix in line with the organizational goal
- To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
- Manage the inventory at the depot level.
- Responsible for training the sales team initiatives
- Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance.
- Tracking distribution and sales performance on monthly basis
- Ensure Brand Basics of brands across all channels
Within a designated area of coverage, Monitor the outlets according to the visitation scheduled:
- To ensure his immediate DRs & team are aware of Targets and track their performance and reviewing it weekly.
- To ensure that his geography & outlets carry the prioritised portfolio of SKU’s.
- To ensure that his geography maintains sufficient stock levels (on shelf and in storage) to sustain the expected pace of sales.
- To drive and mentor on merchandising as per the standards set.
- To provide innovative ideas to team in delivering and out perform competitors.
- To drive products and trade complaints in a professional manner
- To give market feedback to RBH.
- To build & maintain strong relationship within the geography & syndicates to derive mutually beneficial gains and to enable sell-in of our various programs.
- To report accurately on the activities and actions
Desired Candidate Profile
Post graduate with 9 years of experience age around 35 years
