Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals and achieving sales targets through phone calls and emails. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and email campaigns
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients over the phone or video conferencing
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in telesales or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
