The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Maintain Consistent Sales Pipeline
• Should have experience with working in Quota based sales
• Plans the entire customer interaction from Initiation to Closure
• Leads in customer engagement
• Collects background information of the prospective client through secondary sources for qualifying a lead
• Supports opportunity creation by running campaigns through emails, webinars, workshops, cold calling, etc
• Creates repository of information that can be used by the sales team for presenting to the customer/client
• Should have effective Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
