1. Market Analytics:
Scanning the environment for assessing performance & potential of current portfolio as well as for new launches through:
• Analysis of internal sales data to check the brand health
• Diagnosing the market opportunities at micro level.
• Reporting for corrective course of action.
2. Developing & Executing Marketing Strategy & Digital Marketing:
Develop & Execute product promotion strategies Annually & Quarterly as per budget:
• To improve the marketing mix
• To improve the market share
• Designing visual aids and other promotional & advertising inputs in coordination with Creative/Media/PR agencies
• Design social media marketing to increase visibility, membership and traffic for all assigned brands
3. New Product Development:
• Explore opportunities for line extension of existing brands and to new brands
• Lead in developing New products and day to day closely co-ordination with all respective departments for timely launch
4. Implementation of strategies / support to Trade Marketing
• Driving the implementation of brand strategy through constant interaction, feedback and periodical field visits.
• Presentation to Trade marketing team for New Product Launches/ New campaigns /Promotional themes for quarter/ year/ etc.
• Developing metrics measuring the success of the implementation strategies.
