HIRING FOR PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
Department: Payroll & Accounts
Reporting Position:
Deputy Team Lead-Payroll & Accounts
Subordinate Posts: None
Years of Experience: 0-2 years
Compensation Offered: Up to 2 LPA CTC
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To demonstrate a detailed understanding of different compensation structures
-
Prepare paysheet for all employees (of assigned clients) & executes timely payment of salaries to employees, based on the receipt of approved time sheets from the projects team for a group of clients.

Prepare Invoices for the clients on a monthly basis based on the timesheets shared by the project executives.

To prepares Wage Register and all relevant documents pertaining to compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) and submit it to clients on a monthly basis.

To prepares the calculations for TDS (for relevant employees) and updates the same in Spine Software.

To resolves employee grievances on salaries, taxation and other queries pertaining to payroll.

To study the work order for the assigned projects in order to raise the invoices to the clients correctly.

To prepare the F&F for all employees that are demob/exit from the organization. To ensure that Payroll tracker is updated on monthly basis for their assigned projects.

To prepare all reports (Paysheet, Exit Report, Man-days report) for their respective clients and share the same with DTL.

Review the ledger of the Sundry Creditors on a monthly basis to ensure that employee ledgers are reconciled.

Follow up and co-ordinates with Project coordinator/Client for settlement of outstanding invoices
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Its compulsory to have blend of Accounts and Payroll. More details as follows:

Well versed with Advance Excel features viz: formulas, sorting and filtering and proficient with advanced features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc. Expertise in MS Office

Well versed with Tally- E.g., Bank Reconciliation in tally
-
Basic Knowledge of Statutory Compliances - E.g., PF, ESIC & Should know Salary Structure with breakup of percentage.

Basic Knowledge of salary calculations

Basic Experience of Accounts - E.g., Vendor Payments, Invoicing.

Basic Common sense & Logical Reasoning.

To have a demonstrating ability to read, analyze the data in spreadsheets and deal with large volume of DATA.

To demonstrate sound knowledge on the spine software.
