Job Description
- Understand the requirements from the hiring manager once the MRF is raised & approved
- To source from various channels of sourcing available
- To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective
- To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent
- To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
- To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offer etc. (end to end recruitment activity)
- Coordinate with HR Ops team for joining formalities of new candidates & schedule the induction program
Skills Required
- Volume hiring exposure with ability to meet stiff targets within defined timeline
- Experience of handling Pan India requirements (Exp in IT Recruitment must)
- Strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing
- Innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost-effective manner
- Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline
- Good at handling multiple open positions & prioritizing the work accordingly
- Excellent negotiation/convincing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, preferably with good excel & PowerPoint knowledge
- Team Player - ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams
- Energetic & passionate about work.
