Functional Experience Requirements
1.Experienced in planning & executing training / learning event
2.Familiar or can learn Learning Needs Analysis
3.Familiar to prepare training calendar and modules
4.Familiar to plan and execute Employee Inductions program
5.Familiar to evaluations of learning programs and understand concept of training effectiveness
6.Coordination with external learning agencies, management institutes
7.Familiar to negotiations on costs of learning offerings with external agencies
Key Responsibilities
1.Close coordination with Head HR and LnD for facilitation agenda delivery
2.Align Training delivery calendar
3.Work on training evaluation & Effectiveness proposal
4.Maintain stakeholder relationships with HODs as part of Learning need analyis
