Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for selling the company's product to existing distributors, new distributors, secondary sales support.
- We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic candidate to help us build up our business activities.
- Keeps up-to-date on products and competitor products.
- Perform Secondary Sales in the region
- Perform Primary Sales (Appoint Distributors) in the region
- Report on daily visits, sales & feedback to the company
- Report feedback on regular basis for pricing, quality, offers, schemes & local competition
- Able to travel vigorously to attain market share
- Ability to reach minimum targets set by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- We need candidates who can join as soon as possible.
- Agressive & Target Driven.
- Should have good Geographical Knowledge of his local area.
- Good communication and 'people skills'.
- Prior Experience in Feild Sales is Mandatory
- Prior Experience in Agarbatti/Pooja Products is Preferred
- Prior Experience in FMCG Field Sales is Recommended
- Should have a motor vehicle
- Should be able to travel to other cities on the direction of the company
- Should be able to use technology (have a smart phone) to digitally report all activities to the company (this is how the company will track progress)
