Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven Export Sales Manager experience
- Having Knowledge and Experience of Dealer Management & Dealer Development.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries. Preparation of effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired goal.
- Experience in FMCG Industry preferable
- Ability to plan, design, develop and implement export sales strategies for various export market to drive existing export Business.
- To ensure that existing customers are retained and maintained while developing new customers:
- Ability To take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hinder export processes and activities.
- Ability to Continuously review the performance of distributors / customers and monitor their work to provide relevant information to management.
- Formulation and implementation of all export strategies.
- Oversee the work of sales personnel. Train and guide sales Team and create awareness about products in target countries by running advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee all sales transactions and review all customer feedback for all orders and payments.
- Training staff members and new recruits.
- Identify new markets and find ways to promote the market.
- Maintain good customer relationships with staff members.
- Resolving customer queries regarding exports and costs.
- Responsible for the management and coordination of shipping to international destinations.
- Ensure that products are made available in international markets by analyzing customer trends and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.
- To plan, design, develop and implement various sales activities by researching the needs and requirements of the customers.
- Plan, coordinate and collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Establish appropriate business conditions and ensure recovery of debts for key accounts, new customers.
- Support the key accounts team for product offers, energy workshops, sales execution and planning.
- Review the performance of subsidiaries, distributors / channel partners and monitor their work.
- To achieve overall cost-effective performance for optimizing overall logistics and exports.
- Working on packaging materials (box / lamination).
- Timely follow-up on laboratory reports.
- Complaints and handling of complaints.
- Overall documentation process, Knowledge of LC etc .

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA with min. 7-10 years experience in Export / International Sales. Knowledge of Export Sales & New Business Development, Team Management, Distribution channel Management and Distribution development in relevant markets, Mapping competition, Knowledge about Export operations, negotiating payment terms, Coordination with Overseas Buyers, Logistics, Customs, Government Agencies, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments. Should be confident professional having Excellent Communication, pleasing personality, preferable experience in FMCG (ready to eat) food industries. Responsible for overall management of Export division: Sales & Operations.
