Required Candidates with any Bachelors degree, good communication skills, Analytical skills, and computer skills.
Candidates should be fresher or experienced and ready to take new challenges.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and temperament excellent skills on MS Word and Excel.
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Transfer, and External hiring tools like searching candidates through job portals, doing tie-ups with consultancies, Bulk Hiring, Campus Drive, etc.
Having a telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from an HR point of view.
Well-versed with MS Office with advanced excel most required & good communication in English Hindi and Odia.
