Job Description
Position- Assistant Manager - On Trade
Location- Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Positioning BIRA91 through our story/ products/ expertise/ brand and reputation
- Product placement at the outlet through various trade offers and schemes and Bira91 value propositions.
- Ensure secondary sales to the outlets as per growth plan
- Update on any new launches / SKU / Upcoming Activity/Event
- Establishing relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Running promotional activity at regular intervals
- Identify outlet level opportunities for placement of POSMs
- Update outlets on the target vs achievement of trade schemes and volume contract
- Visibility
(a) Stock check at each outlet (Bira: Liquid and SKU wise, Competition: Liquid wise)
(b) Comply with proper product rotation standards for product freshness and quality.
(c) Placing proper point-of-sale materials on main shelf, displays, coolers, and vendors.
(d) Follow company merchandising standards.
(e) Keep proper corporate sets on the main shelf, displays, and in coolers.
(f) Drive promos at the outlet level
- Consumer Interaction
(a) collect feedback from consumer
(b) Explain/ educate the new range being offered by Bira if applicable
- Competition - Update on competition activities
(a) New liquids/SKU
(b) Promos /Activity
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate / Post-graduate with min.1 year of experience in FMCG/Beverage industry or worked as an intern in any of the above industries.
Preferably Female who is a sales enthusiast and wants to make a career here.
