Bottomline & Contribution
- Achievement of the set bottom line and contribution as budgeted.
- Ensure achievement of profits, country wise
Business Strategy
- To submit 3 Years business plan for quantum growth
- Remain constantly in touch with the dealers in the existing markets and educate them regularly on the products offered by Ayurvet and their benefits
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure to adhere to all regulatory affairs, as per defined norm (Country Wise)
- Product registration- Ensure that the organization complies with all the local rules and regulation regarding the product it is selling in a particular market
Identifying New Markets
- Conduct frequent analysis on the possible new markets where Ayurvet can venture and sell products
- Calculate the cost of entering a new market and evaluate a cost-benefit analysis of the same
- Assess the situation of competition in particular geography and do a market analysis of the same
- Find out possible dealers who can assist in selling Ayurvets product in a new market
Marketing and Communication
- Develop customized marketing and branding material in coordination with the marketing team for specific markets
- Develop Digital Marketing tool
- Conduct Foreign Trials
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential markets and interact with local customers and vendors and understand how the product is performing and what is the future scope of improvement
- Attend international seminars and conferences on animal healthcare and showcase the Ayurvets products
- Ensure that all the branding and marketing material is in line with the corporate plan and is compliant with the local regulations
- Calculate the pricing of products based on the cost of production, transportation, margins, and local competition
