Roles and Responsibilities
- Requires interacting with UK customers for the Payment claim process.
- Include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets.
- Identify process steps for improvement.
- Good in analytical skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent in communication skills
Should have understanding of Insurance
Should be open for Rotational shifts( 1:30 PM to 10 PM)
