REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - NORTH EAST INDIA
Title: Sales Manager (North Eastern India)
Reporting to : Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of Parent Stock broiler breeders in the territory.
- Responsible for improving the sales year on year and increasing the customer base and develop and grow the market share.
- Be prepared for cold calling prospect customers.
- Work closely with planning and technical team.
- Prepare annual budgets.
- Maintain strict control of account receivables.
- Operate within budget personal costs.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Qualification:
- Should possess minimum of 6 years sales experience in handling FMCG products.
- Having sales experience in the Agricultural Sector
- Having sales experience in poultry sector is an added advantage
- Fluency in Regional Language and English
- Well verse with basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Skilled in influencing and persuading others.
- Well organized and self- reliant with high standard of integrity and professionalism
