Roles and Responsibilities
o Able to lead a team of Sales.
o Should be target oriented.
o Should have retail focus and be able to add value to Dealer retail drive
o Making of Sales report monthly/quarterly/annually of the State Dealer Network handling in terms of Sales, Service and Spares parts. (Monitoring and controlling dealers activities)
o Able to expand dealer network within state/states.
o Direct and coordinate the State business in terms of Vehicles and Spare parts.
o Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
o Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
o Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development of the dealers.
o Should also have experience of institutional sales.
o Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop the business plans for the state.
o Monitoring the dealer’s day to day activities in terms of Sales Service and Spares.
o Implement various Sales techniques to promote the sales in the market.
o Review dealer’s performance in terms of promotion of Service and Spares.
o Also, should have knowledge about Service and Warranty of the vehicles.
o Making MIS monthly and should present to the seniors in the monthly meetings.
o Should have fluency in Local language
o Knowledge of Computers –
o Implementing and monitoring of DMS at Dealer End.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 10-15 years
Qualification Background: B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile) + MBA (Marketing) Preferred
Experience Background: only from Auto OEM (2W, 3W, 4W, LCV & HCV)
