1. Candidate should have conversing ability in Kannada, Proficiency in English
2. Candidate should be flexible to work anywhere in Karnataka.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with manufacturing teams, support functions and leadership teams to analyze the current state.
- Prepare present the project proposals for management review based on current state analysis.
- Create a framework for projects identified and time and action calendar.
- Provide training to all the required stakeholders & monitor the progress against the TnA calendar.
- Conduct periodical audits to measure the scale of sustenance.
- Set up periodical reviews at suitable levels to review the progress of the implementation.
- Provide periodic feedback to management teams on the progress.
Problem solving kaizen initiatives & break through kaizens
- Plan and implements Kaizen events workshops and competition
- Work with unit teams to form cross functional teams for problem solving Kaizens.
- Participate internal factory reviews for identification of problem solving kaizens.
- Work with OE team Leads to develop improvement strategies for the assigned units.
- Implement and track the OE metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to OE team on the ongoing and completed projects
Desired Candidate Profile
- Functional/Technical Knowledge: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Autonomous Maintenance, QC Tools, Line balancing & other IE concepts and practices.
- Skills: Strong Interpersonal skills, Strong numerical ability, and MS office tools
- Behavioral Competencies: Problem solving, result oriented, attention to detail, work prioritizing, interpersonal effectiveness.
