About the Role:
To take care of the office related Admin activities for Gurgaon location. AM Admin would be the point of contact for employees on admin related activities.
What you ll be doing:
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
- Responsible for reviewing admin related vendors.
- Maintenance of contracts and AMC of admin vendors
- Review of invoices from admin vendors;
- Arrangement/Coordination during festive and other functions;
- Ensure operations adherence to policies and regulations;
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff;
- Responsible for audit compliance re Fire Safety, ISO, BCP etc.
- Responsible for visitors and guest hospitality
What are we looking for
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred;
- 4+ years of experience in the admin related role(s)
- Excellent negotiations and networking skills
- Good knowledge of supplier or third party due diligence process
- Team handling experience, preferred
