We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Administration & Compliance who is focused on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. The candidate will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping the Company to plan and administer important functions pertaining to complete office administration and statutory compliance as per Govt regulations.
Responsibilities would include
- Ensuring Statutory / Legal Compliance under the Industrial Laws, Factories Act, Pollution Laws, Municipal Laws and other laws applicable for a manufacturing unit.
- Effective vendor management,
- Managing office administration, security, housekeeping, canteen, horticulture, pollution matters, properties management, etc.
- Promptly resolving all complaints and improving the administration service within the Company.
- Effective liaison with Government agencies like Fire Dept, Municipal Corporations, Pollution Control Board, Licensing /Registration Authorities, etc.
- Periodic renewal of licenses and registrations, as may be applicable.
- Implementing any new law that may become applicable and institute proper internal systems for compliance.
Qualifications / Skills
- 6-8 years of related experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Good communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results oriented with great attention to details.
- Good computer competence.
